I remember some info on the Real TV segment: One person died (she was an elderly woman so it probably gave her a heart attack), the ride was NOT approved to be built or ridden on and was deemed dangerous by people that came to check the ride, alot of people had to be rushed to the hospital, and the little boy that got flipped in the air was unharmed.
